Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is an 8-hour public education course that teaches the signs and
symptoms of mental illness and provides an action plan to use when an individual is developing
a mental illness or is in crisis.


Gina has trained approximately 200 Mental Health First Aid courses and regularly received high
scores and glowing comments about both her training style and the content of the program.
